Exception to this rule if you Order Over $1,000 in Teddy Bears , We do not accept Returns , due to the fact that we customize everything for your order. We order material and spend lots of Finances to prepare your order just for you. Also we do Charge a 25% Restocking fee and Customer Is Liable for all Shipping Costs.
FLOWERS
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. The short lifespan of flowers prevents us from reselling them.
Additionally, if a shipment is refused upon delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or process a return. We are also not responsible for any misdelivery or failure of delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
When A order is placed the flowers are cut from our farm so there are NO cancellations, or refunds for any order since they are prepared when the order is received.
Please note that we are not liable for any issues arising from an incorrect order date selection, as we fulfill deliveries based on the date specified at the time of order.

We will send a Label to your inbox for you to print at home. We will also Keep a 25% Restocking Fee + Shipping cost to Send the Bear the first time. So customer will not be refunded Shipping Costs + 25% Restocking Fee. Customer will be responsible for Return shipping label .
Return Steps:
Step 1 Package all contents in your order back into our box exactly how your received. Email us at Boobearfactory.com@gmail.com that you will be returning. Pay the Amount Owed for Shipping Label
Step 2 Print Label and Take your order to local shipping company.
Step 3 Email us with update and we will patiently wait for your return to be received and inspected by one of our Boo Bear Specialist.
